..Healthy lifestyle..

Healthy lifestyle is important in our life because it can avoid from disease.Because of that our life can be meaningful .Nowadays ,people think healthy lifestyle is important and we can see many healthy product in the market have been sold.But we don’t know that the product is really good or not to our health .If we used it on wrong ways ,we can’t get a healthy lifestyle that we want but we can be sick.Now,I want to tell a few ways to get healthy lifestyle except buy a healthy product…

  • You must drink about 8 glasses mineral water everyday because our body need a water to discard toxic and it can make our body more health.


  • Practise regular exercise about 3 times per week because exercise can make our body sweats and because of that our body will be more energetic and our mind can work properly.
  • Care about what you eat ,avoid fast foods and not always eat food that have many cholesterol and also rice because rice have carbohydrate.All this food can make you fat and your heart will not work and this can cause more disease.
  • Eat more fish,vegetables and fruits.Don't eat fried food and eat more boiling food because it have many advantages to our health.
  • Get the enough sleep ,don't always think about your work because it can make you stress and your emotion will not balance .If you always stress you can get migraine.You need a rest too.
  • Don't smoking because it can give effect to our body.Such as mouth, it can unpleasant sense of taste and sensation in lips,bad breath and mouth infections and yellowness of teeth.And the important is your brain because smoking can increase in carbon monoxide and reduced oxygen may lead to sub-optimal brain functioning.For teenagers,please don't smoking!!!
  • If you want to diet,you must balance your diet.Eat more vegetables and fruits and the important is,don't eat after 6.00 p.m.Don't eat any pills that have been sell in market because is not good to our health and it is a wrong ways for us to get a healthy body.
  • Good and clean environment is really important.Your house must be clean from rubbish and mosquitoes.
  • Eat healthy product but you must find a good product such as organic product because it can make you avoid from disease.
  • The last thing is you must smile always because to get the healthy lifestyle is started from your smile.
